Customer Support Officer

Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Customer Support Officer to join our team at Top Glove Corporation Berhad in George Town, Penang. As a part-time entry-level position, this role is perfect for individuals looking to gain valuable experience in customer service and support.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries and provide support via phone, email, and live chat. 2. Assist customers with product information, ordering processes, and issue resolution. 3. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 4. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and effective resolution of customer issues. 5. Identify opportunities to improve customer experience and provide feedback to management. 6. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers.

Requirements: 1. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. 2. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively. 3. Driven and hardworking attitude. 4. Creativity and project management skills. 5. No prior experience required, but a willingness to learn and grow in the role.
