Penerangan Pekerjaan - Customer Support Representative

Job Description:


Padini Holdings Berhad is seeking a passionate and independent Customer Support Representative to join our team in Malacca City, Melaka. As a part-time Associate Level position, the Customer Support Representative will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our clients and maintaining strong relationships with them.


Responsibilities: 1. Responding to customer inquiries through email, phone, and live chat in a timely and professional manner. 2. Resolving customer complaints and issues effectively and efficiently. 3. Providing product information, handling order processing, and scheduling deliveries or returns. 4. Escalating complex issues to the appropriate department for further assistance. 5. Maintaining accurate customer records and updating database information. 6. Conducting research to stay up-to-date on industry trends and product knowledge. 7. Collaborating with team members to improve customer service processes and procedures.


Requirements: 1. 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field. 2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 3. Passionate about providing excellent customer service. 4. Independent and able to work effectively with minimal supervision. 5. Excellent planning and organizational skills. 6. Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment. 7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 8. High school diploma or equivalent required; higher education preferred.
