Customer Support Representative

Job Description:

UMW Holdings Berhad is currently seeking a part-time Customer Support Representative to join our team in George Town, Penang. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in customer support roles. We are looking for a motivated and confident individual with strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide excellent customer service through phone, email, and chat support 2. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional and timely manner 3. Assist customers with product information, orders, and troubleshooting 4. Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions 5. Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues effectively 6. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies 7. Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment 8. Other duties as assigned by the Customer Support Manager

Requirements: 1. High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred 2. 4+ years of experience in customer support or a related field 3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills 4. Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities 5. Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment 6. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software 7. Motivated and confident personality traits 8. Leadership skills and a team player mentality
