Job Description:
We are seeking a reliable and passionate Customer Support Representative to join our team at Dialog Group Berhad in Kuala Lumpur, MY. As an Associate level position, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients through various communication channels including phone, email, and live chat. Your primary goal will be to address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner - Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate team members - Research and troubleshoot customer concerns to provide accurate solutions - Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively assist customers - Document customer interactions and update customer records in the database - Collaborate with internal teams to improve overall customer experience - Meet customer service and sales targets set by the company
Requirements: - At least 3 years of experience in customer support or a related field - Strong communication skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure - Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet - Cooperative attitude and willingness to work as part of a team - Ability to conduct research to find solutions to complex issues - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - High school diploma or equivalent, college degree preferred
