Job Description:


We are seeking a Remote Customer Support Representative to join our team at Hilton. This part-time position is perfect for entry-level candidates who are energetic, reliable, and possess strong strategic planning and communication skills. As a Remote Customer Support Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests while working from the comfort of your own home in Malacca City, Melaka, MY.


Responsibilities: - Answering incoming calls and emails from guests with inquiries and requests - Providing information about Hilton properties, amenities, and services - Assisting guests with booking reservations and managing their accounts - Resolving guest complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner - Collaborating with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Maintaining accurate records of guest interactions and transactions


Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficient in using computer systems and software - Energetic and reliable personality traits - Strategic planning skills to effectively address guest needs - No prior experience required, training will be provided
