Job Description:


We are looking for a resourceful and passionate Customer Support Representative to join our team at Perodua in Johor Bahru, Johor. As an Associate Level Customer Support Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.


Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and social media platforms - Provide support and assistance to customers with product information, troubleshooting, and general inquiries - Manage and resolve customer complaints in a positive and empathetic manner - Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to ensure customer satisfaction - Conduct research to stay informed about industry trends and product updates - Work closely with the customer support team to improve processes and enhance the customer experience - Meet and exceed customer service goals and targets


Requirements: - Minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficient in computer systems and customer service software - Time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
