Customer Support Representative - Work from home

Job Description:

UMW Holdings Berhad is seeking a part-time Customer Support Representative to work from home in Johor Bahru, Johor, MY. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in customer support and possess a reliable and driven personality. Additionally, strong leadership and adaptability skills are a must for this role.

Responsibilities: - Provide high-quality customer service via phone, email, and chat - Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner - Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently - Process orders and returns accurately - Maintain customer records and update information as needed - Collaborate with colleagues worldwide to ensure a seamless customer experience - Meet or exceed customer satisfaction goals - Stay up to date on product knowledge and company policies

Requirements: - Minimum of 3 years of customer support experience - Excellent communication and problem-solving skills - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team environment - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - High school diploma or equivalent required
