Customer Support Representative - Work from home

Proton Holdings Berhad is seeking a part-time Customer Support Representative to work from home in George Town, Penang, MY. As an Associate Level position, we are looking for candidates with at least 3 years of experience in customer support or a related field.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a timely and professional manner. 2. Provide accurate information about products and services, troubleshoot any issues, and ensure customer satisfaction. 3. Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved and provide excellent post-sales support. 4. Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 5. Collaborate with other team members to improve processes and customer service experience. 6. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies.

Requirements: 1. Reliable and confident with excellent communication skills. 2. Strong time management and organizational skills. 3. High emotional intelligence and ability to empathize with customers. 4. Must have a quiet and dedicated workspace at home. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service software. 6. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
