Customer Support Representative - Work from home

Job Description:

Sunway Group is seeking a motivated and experienced Customer Support Representative to join our team on a part-time basis, working from home. As an Associate level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in customer support or a related field.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide excellent customer service and support to clients via phone, email, and chat. 2. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and requests in a professional and timely manner. 3. Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively. 4. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 5. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience. 6. Stay current on product knowledge and updates to provide accurate information to customers. 7. Assist with various administrative tasks as needed.

Requirements: 1. Resilient and resourceful with the ability to problem solve under pressure. 2. Strong strategic planning and people management skills. 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. 5. Proficiency in using customer support software and tools. 6. High school diploma or equivalent required. 7. Must have a quiet workspace and reliable internet connection for remote work.
