Customer Support Specialist

Job Description:

As a Customer Support Specialist at Padini Holdings Berhad in Malacca City, Melaka, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. This is an entry-level position with a requirement of at least 1 year of experience in a customer service role.

Responsibilities: - Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner - Providing product information and assistance with order processing - Managing customer accounts and updating information as needed - Identifying and escalating customer feedback and concerns to the appropriate department - Collaborating with the sales and marketing teams to ensure customer satisfaction and retention - Providing support for any technical issues customers may encounter - Maintaining a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times

Requirements: - Resourceful and driven individual with a passion for customer service - Strong people management and presentation skills - 1 year of experience in a customer service role preferred - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and CRM systems - A high school diploma or equivalent
