Customer Support Specialist

Job Description:

Astro Malaysia Holdings Berhad is seeking a part-time Customer Support Specialist to join our team in Johor Bahru, Johor. As an Associate Level professional with at least 4 years of experience, the ideal candidate will be hardworking and resilient, possessing strong decision-making and project management skills.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat. 2. Resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner. 3. Escalate complex problems to the appropriate teams for resolution. 4. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 5. Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction. 6. Identify opportunities for process improvement and make recommendations. 7. Meet or exceed customer service KPIs and goals. 8. Participate in ongoing training and development programs.

Requirements: 1. At least 4 years of experience in customer support or a related field. 2. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. 3. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. 4. Ability to work well under pressure and within a fast-paced environment. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 6. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred.
