Customer Support Specialist

Job Description:

Sunway Construction Group Berhad is seeking a part-time Customer Support Specialist to join our team in Johor Bahru, Johor, MY. This role is entry-level and requires at least 1 year of experience in customer support.

Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and live chat - Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and issues in a timely and professional manner - Manage and maintain customer accounts and records - Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex customer issues - Proactively identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and retention - Assist with customer onboarding and training as needed - Contribute to the development of customer support processes and procedures

Requirements: - Independent and self-motivated individual who can work effectively in a fast-paced environment - Strong people management skills with the ability to handle difficult customer interactions - Excellent time management and organizational skills - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Experience in the construction industry is a plus
