Job Description:
PPB Group Berhad is seeking a passionate and dedicated Remote Customer Support Specialist to join our team in Johor Bahru, Johor, MY. This part-time position at the Associate Level requires a minimum of 4 years of experience in customer support or a related field.
Responsibilities: 1. Provide excellent customer service through various channels including phone, email, and chat. 2. Resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner. 3. Assist customers with product information, orders, returns, and general inquiries. 4. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 5. Collaborate with internal teams to address customer concerns and improve overall customer experience. 6. Handle escalated customer issues and provide solutions to ensure customer satisfaction. 7. Stay up-to-date on company products, services, and policies to provide accurate information to customers.
Requirements: 1. 4 years of experience in customer support or a related field. 2. Strong emotional intelligence and ability to empathize with customers. 3. Creative problem-solving skills and ability to think outside the box. 4. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 6. Proficiency in customer service software and Microsoft Office Suite. 7. Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.
