Penerangan Pekerjaan - Remote Customer Support Specialist

Job Description: As a Remote Customer Support Specialist at Hilton, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests from the comfort of your own home. Your primary role will be to address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a positive experience for every guest you interact with.


Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner - Provide accurate information about our products, services, and policies - Assist customers with booking reservations, processing payments, and managing their accounts - Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate complex problems to the appropriate department - Maintain a positive attitude and uphold Hilton's high standards of customer service at all times - Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance the overall customer experience


Requirements: - 4 years of experience in a customer service or hospitality role - Excellent communication skills and the ability to empathize with customers - Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities - Resilient and resourceful mindset to handle challenging situations - Adaptability to work in a fast-paced, remote environment - Proficiency in using customer service software and tools - High school diploma or equivalent
