Customer Support Specialist - Work from home

Job Description:

We are looking for a Customer Support Specialist to join our team at IHH Healthcare Berhad. This is a part-time, work-from-home position based in George Town, Penang, MY. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in customer support or a related field.

Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat - Resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner - Document all customer interactions and keep detailed records - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Identify and escalate any critical issues to management

Requirements: - Strong communication skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proven track record of providing excellent customer service - Proficient in Microsoft Office and customer support software - Adaptable and passionate about helping others - Creative problem-solving skills - Excellent presentation skills
