Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated and confident Customer Support Specialist to join our team at Genting Group. This is a part-time position that allows you to work from the comfort of your own home in George Town, Penang, MY. As an Associate Level Customer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients.

Responsibilities: - Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat - Resolving customer complaints in a professional and timely manner - Providing product information and troubleshooting assistance - Processing orders and returns - Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions - Collaborating with the sales team to meet customer needs - Continuously improving customer service processes - Providing feedback to management on customer trends and issues

Requirements: - 4 years of experience in customer support or a related field - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Creativity and problem-solving skills - Leadership abilities - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service software - High school diploma or equivalent
