Remote Live Chat Assistant

Job Description:

Nestlé Malaysia is seeking a Remote Live Chat Assistant to join our team in George Town, Penang. This part-time position at the Associate Level requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field. The ideal candidate will be dedicated, hardworking, and possess strong soft skills in project management and people management.

Responsibilities: - Manage live chat conversations with customers to provide timely and accurate information - Assist customers with product inquiries, order processing, and issue resolution - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and feedback - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information - Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to team projects

Requirements: - Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Strong communication skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in using live chat software and customer service tools - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail - Availability to work part-time hours, including evenings and weekends
