Remote Live Chat Assistant

Job Description:

Top Glove Corporation Berhad is seeking a Remote Live Chat Assistant to join our dynamic team in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. As a part-time Associate Level position, the Remote Live Chat Assistant will be responsible for providing excellent customer service through live chat support.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner through live chat. 2. Assist customers with product information, order status, and other inquiries. 3. Provide technical support for customers experiencing issues with our online platform. 4. Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate team members. 5. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 6. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience. 7. Proactively seek ways to improve customer satisfaction and engagement.

Requirements: 1. 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field. 2. Resourceful and dedicated mindset. 3. Strong planning and strategic planning skills. 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 5. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. 6. Proficiency in using live chat software and online platforms. 7. High attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
