Live Chat Assistant

Job Description: Sapura Energy Berhad is seeking a part-time Live Chat Assistant to join our team in Kuala Lumpur, MY. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate should have at least 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field.

Responsibilities: - Engage with customers through live chat to provide information, answer questions, and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner - Assist customers with product recommendations, order processing, and troubleshooting - Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience across all channels - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow up as needed - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers - Identify opportunities for improvement in customer service processes and recommend solutions

Requirements: - Adaptable and able to quickly adjust to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment - Driven and motivated to meet and exceed customer satisfaction goals - Strong persuasion skills to effectively communicate with customers and address their needs - Leadership qualities to take initiative and drive positive change within the team - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with live chat software is a plus
