Remote Live Chat Assistant

Kenanga Investment Bank Berhad is seeking a Remote Live Chat Assistant to join our team in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. As an Associate Level position, we require a candidate with at least 4 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: 1. Engage with customers via live chat to provide assistance and support in real-time. 2. Respond promptly to customer inquiries and resolve customer issues efficiently. 3. Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times. 4. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience. 5. Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

Requirements: 1. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. 2. Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. 3. Proficiency in using live chat software and customer service tools. 4. Adaptable and able to work independently with minimal supervision. 5. Attention to detail and strong decision-making skills.
