Remote Live Chat Assistant

Job Description:

Proton Holdings Berhad is seeking a Remote Live Chat Assistant to join our dynamic team in Malacca City, Melaka. This is a part-time entry-level position with no prior experience required. We are looking for individuals who are resourceful, energetic, and have a strong sense of teamwork and cooperation.

Responsibilities: - Provide timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries via live chat - Assist customers with product information, orders, and general inquiries - Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues in a professional and efficient manner - Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Proactively identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and retention

Requirements: - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail - Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment - Must be proficient in using computer and online communication tools - Comfortable working remotely and independently - Must be resourceful, energetic, and a team player
