Live Chat Associate

Job Description:

We are looking for a driven and energetic Live Chat Associate to join our team at Sime Darby Berhad in George Town, Penang, MY. As a part-time Associate Level position, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through live chat support.

Responsibilities: - Engage with customers in real-time through our live chat platform to address inquiries, provide solutions, and resolve issues - Utilize strategic planning and analysis skills to identify customer needs and suggest appropriate products or services - Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service standards in all interactions - Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers - Meet performance targets and KPIs set by the company - Assist with other customer service tasks as needed

Requirements: - Minimum of 4 years of experience in a customer service or related role - Excellent communication skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment - Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in MS Office and live chat platforms - Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is preferred
