Live Chat Associate

Job Description:

IHH Healthcare Berhad is seeking a part-time Live Chat Associate to join our team in Malacca City, Melaka, MY. As an Associate Level position, this role requires at least 4 years of experience in customer service or related field.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via live chat in a timely and professional manner - Provide accurate information regarding services, appointments, and general inquiries - Assist customers with troubleshooting technical issues related to the live chat platform - Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department for resolution - Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving - Collaborate with team members to improve the overall customer experience - Adhere to company policies and procedures while handling customer interactions

Requirements: - Resourceful and independent, able to work effectively with minimal supervision - Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to drive innovation in a fast-paced environment - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail - Proficiency in using live chat software and other digital communication tools - Prior experience in a customer-facing role is preferred - Knowledge of healthcare industry is a plus
