Live Chat Associate

Job Description:

Proton Holdings Berhad is seeking a talented Live Chat Associate to join our team in Malacca City, Melaka, MY. As a part-time Associate Level position, the successful candidate must have at least 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field. We are looking for someone who is adaptable and confident, with excellent negotiation skills and a strong ability to work collaboratively in a team setting.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via live chat in a professional and timely manner - Provide accurate information about our products and services - Assist customers with product selection, pricing, and availability - Resolve customer complaints and issues with a focus on customer satisfaction - Work closely with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Meet or exceed performance metrics for response times, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction scores

Requirements: - 3+ years of experience in customer service or a related field - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail - Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency with live chat software and other customer service tools - Adaptable and confident personality - Soft skills in negotiation and teamwork
