Live Chat Associate

Job Description:

We are looking for a driven and passionate Live Chat Associate to join our team at Digi.Com Berhad in Johor Bahru, Johor. As a part-time Associate Level employee, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through online chat support.

Responsibilities: 1. Engage with customers through live chat to provide timely and accurate responses to inquiries or issues. 2. Resolve customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction. 3. Assist customers with account management tasks such as billing, plan upgrades, and troubleshooting. 4. Collaborate with other departments to escalate complex issues and provide solutions. 5. Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively assist customers with their queries. 6. Meet or exceed performance targets related to response time, resolution time, and customer satisfaction.

Requirements: 1. At least 4 years of experience in customer service or related field. 2. Strong written communication skills with the ability to convey information clearly and professionally. 3. Ability to multitask and navigate multiple systems simultaneously. 4. Leadership skills to take charge in challenging situations and provide guidance to junior team members. 5. Research skills to proactively find solutions to customer issues. 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software. 7. Must be able to work part-time hours with flexibility to work evenings and weekends. 8. Understanding and empathy in all interactions with customers.
