British American Tobacco Malaysia is seeking a part-time Live Chat Associate to work from home in George Town, Penang. This is an entry-level position with no required years of experience, making it an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to start their career in customer service.

Responsibilities: - Provide customer support via live chat, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner - Conduct research to find solutions to customer concerns and escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate team - Make informed decisions to best assist customers and uphold the company's reputation for excellent customer service - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Adhere to company policies and procedures while providing exceptional service to customers

Requirements: - Reliable and driven individual who is able to work independently from a home office setting - Strong research skills to find solutions and resources for customers - Good decision-making abilities to handle customer inquiries and issues effectively - Excellent written communication skills to engage with customers in a professional and helpful manner - Proficiency in using chat support software and multitasking in a fast-paced environment - High school diploma or equivalent education required
