Remote Live Chat Manager

Job Description:

We are looking for a talented Remote Live Chat Manager to join our team at Perodua. As a Mid-to-Senior Level position, you will be responsible for managing our live chat operations remotely from Malacca City, Melaka, MY.

Responsibilities: - Supervise and lead a team of live chat agents - Monitor live chat interactions to ensure quality customer service - Implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention - Analyze data to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement - Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and service delivery - Train and onboard new live chat agents - Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints - Continuously improve processes and workflows to increase efficiency and effectiveness

Requirements: - 8 years of experience in customer service or related field - Hardworking and confident personality traits - Strong leadership and problem-solving skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - Ability to work remotely and manage a team effectively - Proficiency in live chat software and customer service tools - Bachelor's degree in a related field (preferred)
