Remote Live Chat Manager

Job Description:

Berjaya Corporation Berhad is seeking a Remote Live Chat Manager to join our team in George Town, Penang, Malaysia. This part-time position requires a candidate with mid-to-senior level experience and at least 8 years of relevant work experience.

As the Remote Live Chat Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all live chat customer interactions, ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service and support. This includes managing a team of live chat agents, monitoring chat performance, and providing guidance and training to improve customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities: - Manage a team of live chat agents, including scheduling, performance monitoring, and training - Monitor and analyze live chat interactions to ensure quality and efficiency - Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and increase chat conversion rates - Collaborate with other departments to coordinate responses to customer inquiries and issues - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in live chat support - Handle escalated customer issues and provide resolutions in a timely manner - Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and feedback - Identify and implement process improvements to streamline live chat operations - Assist in the development of training materials and resources for live chat agents

Requirements: - 8+ years of experience in customer service, preferably in a live chat support role - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and coach a team - Resourceful and energetic personality with a focus on exceeding customer expectations - Creativity and innovation in problem-solving and customer interactions - Ability to work independently in a remote environment - Proficiency in live chat software and customer support tools - Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred
