Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic Live Chat Manager to join our team at Hilton, working from home in George Town, Penang, MY. As a part-time position at the mid-to-senior level, you will be responsible for managing our live chat platform to ensure exceptional customer service and support.
Responsibilities: - Oversee the live chat platform to engage with customers in real-time, providing prompt and helpful responses to inquiries and issues. - Develop strategies to improve customer satisfaction and drive sales through live chat interactions. - Train and supervise a team of live chat agents to ensure consistency and professionalism in customer interactions. - Analyze data and metrics to track performance and identify areas for improvement in the live chat system. - Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and customer service, to optimize the live chat experience for customers. - Stay up-to-date on industry best practices and trends in live chat management.
Requirements: - 7 years of experience in customer service, preferably with a focus on live chat support. - Independent and resilient personality traits to effectively manage a remote team. - Strong persuasion skills to influence customer behavior and drive sales. - Creativity in developing innovative solutions to improve the live chat experience. - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. - Proficiency in using live chat software and other customer service tools. - Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.
