Job Description:
Celcom Axiata Berhad is currently seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Live Chat Manager to work remotely from home in Kuala Lumpur, MY. This part-time position requires an Associate Level of seniority and a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.
Responsibilities: - Manage and oversee all live chat operations to ensure efficient and effective customer service delivery - Develop and implement strategies to increase customer satisfaction and engagement through live chat - Train and supervise a team of live chat agents, providing guidance and support as needed - Monitor and analyze chat interactions to identify trends and areas for improvement - Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and resolution of customer issues - Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, services, and company policies to provide accurate information to customers - Utilize chat analytics tools to track performance metrics and make data-driven decisions - Stay current on industry trends and best practices in live chat management
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience - Strong communication skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment - Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities - Driven and resourceful personality traits - People management and cooperation soft skills - Proven experience in managing live chat operations or customer service teams - Proficiency in chat analytics tools and customer relationship management software
