Live Chat Officer

Job Description:

Tenaga Nasional Berhad is seeking a confident and resilient Live Chat Officer to join our team in George Town, Penang. As a part-time Associate Level employee, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service through live chat communication.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate information through live chat in a timely manner. 2. Assist customers with product information, technical support, billing inquiries, and any other questions they may have. 3. Solve customer problems and escalate issues to the appropriate department when necessary. 4. Maintain a professional and positive attitude when interacting with customers. 5. Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction. 6. Stay up-to-date on company policies, products, and services to provide accurate information to customers. 7. Utilize innovation to improve the live chat experience for customers.

Requirements: 1. A minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field. 2. Confident and resilient personality traits. 3. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. 4. Ability to think innovatively and problem-solve effectively. 5. Proficient in using live chat software and other technology tools. 6. Willingness to work part-time hours and adapt to a flexible schedule.
