Live Chat Officer

Job Description:

Telekom Malaysia Berhad is seeking a motivated and passionate individual to join our team as a part-time Live Chat Officer in Malacca City, Melaka, MY. As an Associate Level Live Chat Officer, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service through live chat interactions with our clients and partners.

Responsibilities: 1. Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues efficiently and effectively through live chat. 2. Providing product information, troubleshooting assistance, and technical support to customers. 3. Collaborating with other departments to ensure customer inquiries are addressed in a timely manner. 4. Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 5. Proactively identifying opportunities to improve the customer experience and suggesting solutions. 6. Keeping up to date with product knowledge and company information to provide accurate and helpful assistance to customers.

Requirements: 1. At least 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field. 2. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think quickly on your feet. 3. Excellent communication and cooperation skills. 4. Motivated and passionate about providing excellent customer service. 5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 6. Proficiency in using live chat software and other customer service tools. 7. Fluency in English and another language is a plus.
