Live Chat Officer

Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-oriented Live Chat Officer to join our team at Tenaga Nasional Berhad in Johor Bahru, Johor. As a Live Chat Officer, you will be responsible for providing support to customers through our online chat platform, resolving inquiries, and offering information about our products and services.

Responsibilities: - Engage with customers through live chat to provide assistance and address their queries promptly and professionally. - Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues in a timely manner, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention. - Proactively identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services to customers. - Collaborate with other departments to address escalated customer concerns and provide comprehensive solutions. - Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions. - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to provide customers with accurate information. - Continuously seek ways to improve customer experience and enhance the efficiency of the live chat platform.

Requirements: - 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field. - Strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach. - Resilient and able to handle challenging situations with professionalism. - Reliable and committed to delivering high-quality service. - Innovative mindset and adaptable to changing circumstances. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively. - Proficient in using live chat software and other customer service tools.
