Live Chat Officer

Job Description:

YTL Corporation Berhad is seeking a part-time Live Chat Officer to join our team in Kuala Lumpur, MY. As an Entry Level position, the Live Chat Officer will be responsible for providing excellent customer service through our live chat platform. The ideal candidate will be resourceful, driven, and have a strong ability to problem solve.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide information about products or services - Resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner - Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude towards customers - Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless customer experience - Escalate any complex issues to the appropriate department for resolution - Identify opportunities for improvement in processes and procedures

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment - Leadership skills to take charge of customer interactions - Problem-solving skills to address customer needs effectively - Resourceful and able to think creatively to find solutions
