Boustead Holdings Berhad is seeking a passionate and energetic Live Chat Representative to join our team in Malacca City, Melaka, MY. As a Live Chat Representative, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our clients through online chat interactions.

Responsibilities: - Engage with customers in a professional and friendly manner through live chat - Assist customers with inquiries, product information, and issue resolution - Collaborate with other team members to resolve customer concerns in a timely manner - Utilize project management skills to prioritize and address customer needs efficiently - Communicate effectively with customers to ensure a positive experience

Requirements: - Excellent communication skills - Strong project management skills - Passionate about providing exceptional customer service - Energetic and enthusiastic attitude - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment - No prior experience required
