Remote Live Chat Representative

Job Description:

Gamuda Berhad is seeking a Remote Live Chat Representative to join our team in Malacca City, Melaka. As a part-time, entry-level position, the Remote Live Chat Representative will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through live chat interactions with our clients. The ideal candidate will be motivated, dedicated, possess strong decision-making skills, and have the ability to analyze customer needs effectively.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and effectively via live chat - Engage with customers in a professional and friendly manner to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction - Provide product information, pricing details, and assistance with order processing - Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Continuously seek opportunities to improve and optimize customer service processes

Requirements: - At least 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong decision-making abilities and analytical skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Proficiency in using live chat platforms and other customer service tools - High school diploma or equivalent
