Job Description:

Boustead Holdings Berhad is seeking a Remote Live Chat Representative to join our team. As a Remote Live Chat Representative, you will be responsible for providing real-time customer support through online chat platforms. This role requires excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a passion for customer service.

Responsibilities: - Engage with customers in real-time through online chat to provide support and answer inquiries - Assist customers with product information, troubleshooting, and technical issues - Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner - Collaborate with the customer service team to address complex customer concerns - Meet and exceed performance metrics for response time and customer satisfaction - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Stay up-to-date on company products, services, and policies

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field - Independent and able to work remotely with minimal supervision - Passionate about providing exceptional customer service - Strong written communication skills - Able to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment - Proficient in using online chat platforms and customer service software - Strategic planning and problem-solving skills - Planning and organizational skills
