Remote Live Chat Representative

Job Description:

Kossan Rubber Industries Berhad is seeking a passionate and reliable Remote Live Chat Representative to join our team in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. As a part-time Associate level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field.

Responsibilities: 1. Engage with customers in a professional and friendly manner through live chat to provide assistance, answer inquiries, and resolve issues. 2. Utilize strategic planning skills to prioritize and handle multiple chat conversations simultaneously while maintaining a high level of attention to detail. 3. Demonstrate empathy and understanding in all interactions to ensure a positive customer experience. 4. Collaborate with team members to resolve complex customer issues and escalate when necessary. 5. Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions using our CRM system. 6. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers. 7. Meet or exceed performance metrics related to chat efficiency, customer satisfaction, and resolution time.

Requirements: 1. 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field. 2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 3. Strong problem-solving abilities and a high attention to detail. 4. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively. 5. Proficiency in using chat software and CRM systems. 6. Passion for helping customers and providing exceptional service. 7. Reliable and able to adhere to a set work schedule.
