Live Chat Representative

Job Description:

YTL Corporation Berhad is seeking a part-time Live Chat Representative to join our team in Malacca City, Melaka, MY. As an Entry Level Live Chat Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through online chat support. This role is perfect for individuals who are resilient, driven, creative, and have strong decision-making skills.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide support through live chat - Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Provide product information and recommendations to customers - Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times - Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies - Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services

Requirements: - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Strong problem-solving abilities - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in typing and using chat software - High school diploma or equivalent - No prior experience required, training will be provided
