Remote Live Chat Representative

Job Description:

Malaysia Airlines Berhad is seeking a Remote Live Chat Representative to join our team based in Johor Bahru, Johor, MY. This is a part-time position at the Associate Level, requiring at least 3 years of experience.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and concerns via live chat in a timely and professional manner - Provide accurate information regarding flight schedules, booking options, baggage policies, and other relevant topics - Assist customers with booking, changing, or canceling flights as needed - Work closely with other departments to resolve customer issues and escalate complex cases when necessary - Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by exceeding their expectations and providing exceptional service - Follow company policies and procedures to ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards

Requirements: - Hardworking and driven individual who is dedicated to providing excellent customer service - Excellent decision-making and planning skills to effectively prioritize tasks and manage workload - Previous experience in a customer service or airline industry role is preferred - Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a fast-paced and dynamic environment - Proficiency in using live chat software and other relevant tools - Flexibility to work remotely and adapt to changing work schedules as needed
