Live Chat Representative - Work from home

Job Description:

Astro Malaysia Holdings Berhad is seeking a reliable and motivated Live Chat Representative to work from home in Malacca City, Melaka, MY. This part-time position at the Associate Level requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field. The ideal candidate will have excellent time management skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer service through live chat - Assist customers with inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and provide solutions - Maintain a high level of professionalism and accuracy in all interactions - Work collaboratively with team members to achieve customer satisfaction goals - Stay up to date on product knowledge and company policies - Adhere to company guidelines and procedures for handling customer inquiries

Requirements: - 2+ years of experience in customer service or a related field - Reliable and motivated individual with excellent communication skills - Strong time management and attention to detail skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in using live chat software and other customer service tools - High school diploma or equivalent
