Live Chat Representative - Work from home

Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and adaptable Live Chat Representative to join our team at Kuala Lumpur Kepong Berhad. This position offers the flexibility of working from home in Johor Bahru, Johor on a part-time basis. As an Associate Level Live Chat Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through live chat interactions with our clients.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide timely and accurate information via live chat - Resolve customer issues and ensure customer satisfaction - Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate team member - Maintain thorough knowledge of products and services offered by the company - Collaborate with team members to continuously improve customer service processes - Meet or exceed performance targets and goals - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer service

Requirements: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service role - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team - Proficient in using live chat software and other customer service tools - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Innovativeness and leadership skills
