As a Live Chat Representative, your primary responsibilities will include responding to customer inquiries and concerns via live chat, providing accurate information about our products and services, resolving customer issues in a timely manner, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. Additionally, you will be responsible for upselling products and services to customers through effective persuasion and negotiation skills.

The ideal candidate for this role will possess excellent communication skills, be confident and personable, and exhibit a strong work ethic.
