Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Live Chat Representative to join our team at Celcom Axiata Berhad. As a Live Chat Representative, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to our clients through live chat channels. This is a part-time position that allows you to work from the comfort of your own home.
Responsibilities: - Responding to customer inquiries and issues through live chat in a timely and professional manner - Providing accurate information and guidance to customers regarding products and services - Resolving customer complaints and escalating issues as needed - Maintaining a positive attitude and ensuring customer satisfaction with each interaction - Collaborating with team members to ensure seamless communication and customer support - Keeping accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
Requirements: - Proven experience in a customer service or support role for at least 1 year - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to think on your feet - Ability to adapt to changing situations and handle multiple tasks simultaneously - Hardworking and dedicated to providing exceptional customer service - Comfortable working independently and in a remote environment - Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
