Live Chat Specialist

Job description:

Astro Malaysia Holdings Berhad is seeking a talented and dedicated Live Chat Specialist to join our team in Malacca City, Melaka. As a Live Chat Specialist, you will be responsible for providing timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries and concerns through our live chat platform. This position is part-time and at the Associate Level, requiring a minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field.

Responsibilities: 1. Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and timely manner via live chat. 2. Providing accurate information about products, services, and promotions to customers. 3. Documenting all customer interactions and feedback for future reference. 4. Collaborating with teammates to improve overall customer service experiences. 5. Ensuring customer satisfaction by addressing all concerns and resolving issues effectively. 6. Meeting or exceeding key performance indicators related to response time, customer satisfaction, and resolution rate.

Requirements: 1. Hardworking and resilient personality traits. 2. Strong teamwork and analysis skills. 3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 4. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. 5. Proficiency in using live chat platforms and customer service software. 6. High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
