Job Description: Media Prima Berhad is seeking a dedicated and energetic Remote Live Chat Specialist to join our team in Kuala Lumpur. This part-time position at the Associate Level requires at least 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field. As a Remote Live Chat Specialist, you will be responsible for managing live chat interactions with customers to provide support, answer inquiries, and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner.
Responsibilities: - Engage with customers through live chat to provide assistance and support - Resolve customer inquiries, technical issues, and complaints efficiently - Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional service - Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues - Utilize critical thinking skills to troubleshoot problems and find effective solutions - Manage multiple chat conversations simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and professionalism - Uphold company policies and procedures while delivering top-notch customer service - Document and track customer interactions for future reference and quality assurance purposes
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred - 4+ years of experience in customer service or a similar role - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Strong people management skills to effectively interact with customers - Ability to think critically and problem-solve under pressure - Proficient in using live chat software and tools - Comfortable working remotely and independently - Dedicated and energetic personality with a passion for customer service
