Live Chat Specialist

Job Description:

IJM Corporation Berhad is seeking a passionate and adaptable Live Chat Specialist to join our team in Johor Bahru, Johor, Malaysia. As a part-time Associate Level position, the Live Chat Specialist will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through live chat communication channels.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner via live chat. 2. Provide accurate information and assistance to customers regarding products, services, and promotions. 3. Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate team members for resolution. 4. Monitor and analyze chat interactions to identify trends and areas for improvement. 5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize chat performance and enhance customer experience. 6. Uphold company policies and procedures while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. 7. Continuously improve knowledge of products and services to better assist customers.

Requirements: 1. 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field. 2. Strong communication skills and attention to detail. 3. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 4. Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service. 5. Proficient in using live chat software and tools. 6. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
