Live Chat Specialist

As a Live Chat Specialist at UMW Holdings Berhad, based in Kuala Lumpur, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support through live chat interactions with customers. This part-time entry-level position is ideal for someone who is confident, hardworking, innovative, and cooperative.

Responsibilities: - Engage with customers in real-time through live chat to provide assistance, answer inquiries, and resolve any issues - Utilize knowledge of products and services to effectively communicate with customers and provide accurate information - Collaborate with other team members to ensure consistent and high-quality customer service - Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times, representing the company in a positive light - Meet and exceed customer satisfaction and service level targets - Handle customer complaints and escalations promptly and effectively - Keep accurate records of interactions and transactions

Requirements: - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment - Excellent problem-solving skills - Basic computer skills and proficiency in typing - Previous customer service experience is a plus but not required
