MISC Berhad, a leading company in the maritime industry, is seeking a part-time Live Chat Specialist to join our team. This position is a work-from-home opportunity based in Malacca City, Melaka, MY. We are looking for a talented individual with at least 2 years of experience in customer service, preferably with a background in online chat support.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide assistance in a timely and professional manner via live chat. - Provide accurate information about our products and services to customers. - Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively and efficiently. - Work with other team members to ensure seamless and excellent customer service experience. - Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and retention.

Requirements: - Resilient and passionate individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment. - Attention to detail and excellent time management skills. - Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in online chat support. - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Proficiency in using live chat software and customer support tools.
