Live Chat Specialist - Work from home

Job Description:

Westports Holdings Berhad is seeking a motivated and resourceful Live Chat Specialist to work from home in Malacca City, Melaka, MY. As a part-time Associate Level position, the Live Chat Specialist will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through online chat support.

Responsibilities: 1. Engage with customers in real-time through live chat to address inquiries, provide assistance, and resolve issues. 2. Utilize resources available to provide accurate and timely information to customers. 3. Work collaboratively with team members to ensure consistent and high-quality service delivery. 4. Demonstrate adaptability in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment. 5. Plan and prioritize tasks effectively to meet performance metrics and customer satisfaction goals. 6. Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency.

Requirements: 1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field. 2. Excellent written communication skills with the ability to convey information clearly and professionally. 3. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think quickly on your feet. 4. Resourceful and driven personality traits to effectively engage with customers and meet their needs. 5. Demonstrated adaptability and planning skills to thrive in a remote work environment. 6. Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently. 7. Prior experience with online chat platforms or customer service software is a plus.
